This charming spot has earned rave reviews from patrons like Samantha Simons, who praised the pancake con fruta for its fluffy texture, although she noted a desire for more fruit on her plate. Conversely, Holly King lauded the pancakes as the best she’s ever experienced, while also celebrating the perfection of their smoked salmon bagel. The flavors truly astound, making it a great value that sticks with you throughout the day.
Another customer, Anne Lissett, couldn't resist singing praises for the French toast, proclaiming it might just be the best she’s ever tasted. The delightful ambiance, filled with birds and lush greenery, creates a picturesque setting that enhances the overall dining experience. Add to that the lavish offerings like huevos rancheros, chilaquiles, and agua de fruta temporada (think refreshing hibiscus), and you have the recipe for a remarkable meal.
As noted by Darren Lacy who serendipitously discovered this locale, the outdoor dining experience is equally enchanting, perfect for unwinding with a Croque Madame and drinks ranging from lemonade to mimosas. The attentive management adds a personal touch, ensuring you feel like a cherished guest in their celebration of flavors. With a vibe reminiscent of Beverly Hills’ The Ivy, Restaurante Niszul is where casual meets chic.

Service was quick and friendly. I wasn’t too hungry so I just had the pancake con fruta. Pancakes were nice and fluffy and moist, which is a rare find in Huatulco. There just needed to be more fruit on the plate, it was supposed to come with kiwis but there wasn’t any on the plate, I will assume they didn’t have any, but it would have been nice it was replaced with another fruit or more strawberries/blueberries. I will go back and try something new next time.

We have eaten breakfast here several times since discovering it this year. Everything has been wonderful! The pancakes are the best I’ve had anywhere, and stick with me all day, so a great value. The smoked salmon bagel is perfection. The flavors are amazing. Definitely recommend.

Garden atmosphere with lots of birds is delightful. Fantastic breakfast place. French toast, pancakes, and granola with fruit were all amazing. Like maybe the best French toast I’ve ever had. So good!!! Highly recommend.

Great spot for breakfast, brunch or lunch. We went three times during our week in Santa Cruz, every dish we tried was great and very relaxing vibe. Recommend huevos rancheros, chilaquiles, pan Frances and agua de fruta temporada (Jamaica = hibiscus.. yum)

We stumbled on this place while considering another place around the corner. We ate in the garden(?) outside. Very pretty and scenic. We both had the Croque Madame, delicious. Lemonade, coffee, iced coffee, and mimosas (have to hydrate!). It was delicious. At the end we were graciously included in their 1 year celebration with a French Toast. (It even had kiwi….) The manager came by and was delightful. Give it a go! It has Beverly Hills “The Ivy” vibes.

Hands down the best breakfast (and best meal) I’ve had in Huatulco. Great flavors, correct sized portions, delicious juices, and friendly staff. Make this a necessary stop for breakfast

Chill, open air space. Food was delicious! I ordered the French Toast. It had a creme filling. Not too sweet, but the portion was a bit small for the price. Also, the carrot juice was watered down. A good place if you are not in a hurry. Overall still an nice experience!

By far the worst service we experienced during our 3 weeks in Mexico. Over 35 minutes before we even got our waters. After our drinks came the service was a bit better. The food was VERY good. My husband had the eggs benny and I had the bagel sandwich. Our kids had the pancakes and loved them. The food did not disappoint.
